Ingredients for pancakes with stuffing:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- milk – 200 ml;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- salt – tsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- flour – 120 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- boiled eggs – 6 pcs;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – a pinch;
- butter – 50 ml.
Preparation of pancakes with stuffing:
In a bowl with warm milk break an egg, pour salt and sugar, mix thoroughly. Pour
kefir into the milk, then pour the rest of the
flour and
baking soda into the milk and mix. Pour the vegetable oil into the dough, knead a liquid and smooth dough.
Leave the dough for 10 minutes in the heat. Next, fry standard thin pancakes in a frying pan.
For the filling, cut peeled boiled eggs into small cubes, chop green onions and mix together. Salt the stuffing, pour melted butter over it.
Put a spoonful of stuffing in the center of each pancake, seal inside as if in an envelope.
Fry the envelopes in butter in a frying pan on both sides.
