Pies come in many varieties, from vegetable pies to meat pies. Each person has his or her favorite types of pies. Some prefer homemade ones, while others like baked ones from canteens. However, few people can argue that the most delicious pies come from the oven. Probably, a sense of nostalgia plays in people. After all, pies in the oven were baked in the villages of grandmothers, which refers back to childhood.

Ingredients for chicken patties:
- water – 250 ml;
- salt – tsp;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 400 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- onions – pcs;
- minced chicken – 400 g;
- black pepper;
- salt;
- paprika.
Preparation of chicken patties:
Pour salt into warm water, add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead elastic and soft dough.
Leave the dough for 30 minutes under cellophane in the heat. In the meantime, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped
onions. Add minced meat to the onions, fry the stuffing until ready. Add salt, black pepper and paprika to the stuffing, mix. If desired, you can chop parsley into the stuffing.
Knead the dough and divide it into 12 equal rolls. Roll out each roll into oval, thin, large sheets, put the stuffing on the end.
Roll the stuffing into a dough roll, seal the edges and tuck the ends inside.
Fry the dough rolls in a frying pan

vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
After cooking, you can put the patties on a paper towel to let the excess oil drip off.
