Many people talk about how important it is to prepare a lot of salads and appetizers for the holiday table. But this does not mean that we should completely forget about the main course. It is a significant guest at any celebration. Salads can only interrupt the appetite, and completely eliminate it meat dishes with garnish. The
question arises – what main course to cook for the holiday? The Internet is full of different recipes. If you do not want to stand at the stove for a long time before the holidays, then it is worth using simple cooking methods. For example, you can make chicken with rice in a special sleeve for baking. Such a chicken turns out juicy and already with a garnish.
Ingredients for baked chicken with rice:
- Rice – 400 g;
- Water – 600 ml;
- Chicken thigh – 800 g;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Garlic – 5 cloves;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Pilaf seasoning – 2 tbsp;
- Sweet paprika – 1 tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of baked chicken with rice:
Thoroughly rinse rice several times in water. Mix chicken thighs with paprika, vegetable oil, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut carrots into small cubes, divide onions into 4 parts. In a culinary sleeve put carrots, pour rice, seasoning for pilaf. Put onions, garlic and salt on the rice.
Pour water over the rice in the sleeve, put chicken thighs and garlic.
Seal the sleeve, bake the dish at 180 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cut the sleeve and take out the cooked rice and chicken thighs from there. The recipe is easy, does not make you stand at the stove for a long time.
