Ingredients for homemade cake:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 100 g;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- milk – 70 ml;
- flour – 120 g;
- cocoa – 25 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- cream – 250 ml;
- powdered sugar – tbsp;
- condensed milk – 100 ml;
- sour cream – 3 tbsp;
- chocolate – 100 g.
Preparation of homemade cake:
In a bowl with eggs pour a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer. Pour sugar and vanilla sugar into the egg mixture and beat thoroughly until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour
vegetable oil and milk into the mixture and stir. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the egg mixture and knead the biscuit dough.
Line the bottom of the pan with parchment. Pour the batter into the pan and
bake over low heat with the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
You can check the biscuit for readiness with a wooden skewer.
While the biscuit is cooling, create the cream. Beat together with a mixer cream (200 ml) with powdered sugar. Add condensed milk to the mixture, whisk until cream is formed.
Spread the cream on the sponge cake.
In a separate bowl heat chocolate and cream, stir. Cover the surface of the cream with this glaze.
You can add nuts to the glaze if desired.
