Let’s prepare cutlets with cabbage at home.
Ingredients for cutlets with cabbage:
- cabbage – 300 g;
- onion – pcs;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- breadcrumbs;
- milk – 200 ml;
- processed cheese – 180 g.
Cooking cutlets with cabbage:
Coarsely chop cabbage, cut large pieces of onion. Chop onion and cabbage in a blender or pass through a meat grinder

Break an egg to the minced meat, pour salt and mix thoroughly.
