How much do we know about cutlets? It is a French dish that appeared quite a long time ago – in the XVII century. It represented a piece of meat, that is, ribs on the bone. Initially, it is this dish that is considered the classic French cutlet.

Let’s create in the kitchen juicy chicken cutlets with potatoes.
Ingredients for chicken cutlets:
- Potatoes – 700 g;
- Parmesan – 100 g;
- Eggs – pcs;
- Sweet pepper – tbsp;
- Chili pepper;
- Black pepper;
- Salt;
- Chicken breast – 350 g;
- Parsley – bundle;
- Flour.
Preparation of chicken cutlets:
Peeled potatoes rub on a coarse grater, squeeze out all the liquid from it. Rub similarly Parmesan, lay out to the potato mass.
To the potatoes break the egg, pour sweet pepper, chili pepper to taste, black pepper and salt, mix the components with spices.
