  • milk – 100 ml;
  • lemon juice – tbsp;
  • egg – pcs;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • flour – 270 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp.

Cookie preparation:

Pour lemon juice into warm milk, mix. In a separate container break the egg, pour sugar and beat with a whisk until the grains of sand dissolve.
