Ingredients for the salad:
- Liver – 300 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Korean carrots – 100 g;
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Cut the onion into thin feathers, put in a pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry. Separately in salted water boil the liver, after boiling boil for about 6-7 minutes.
