Ingredients for baked chicken breast:

  • chicken breast fillet – 2 pcs;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • cream 15% – 100 ml;
  • Italian herbs;
  • paprika;
  • turmeric;
  • oregano;
  • parmesan – 70 g;
  • tomato – 1 pc;
  • Parsley

Preparation of baked chicken breast:

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, sprinkle with salt. Grease a baking mold with vegetable oil, lay the chicken pieces on the bottom.

Beat a couple of eggs in a separate bowl, pour cream into them. Add Italian herbs, paprika, turmeric and oregano to the egg mixture to taste.

Grate 30 grams of parmesan on a fine grater, pour it into the egg and cream mixture. Pour the mixture into the chicken pieces. Cut the tomato into small rings, place on the surface of the chicken pieces in the cream filling.
