New Year is an important holiday for all mankind. Accordingly, it is customary to set the table for such an important celebration in every country. Various national dishes are prepared, which can amaze the imagination. Native
to all countries have their own salads for the New Year and Christmas table. In the CIS countries it is usually Olivier or Herring under a fur coat. In Finland they prepare something similar to Herring under a fur coat, the salad is called “Rosoli”. In France, cooks prepare “Nicoise”, a salad with tuna and anchovies.
Even in Hawaii there is a festive New Year’s salad – “Poké”. This great variety gives a choice, what to surprise guests on

Let’s talk about a festive salad for New Year’s Eve
.
Ingredients for the salad:
- mushrooms – 150 g;
- ham – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
- cheese – 150 g;
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- cucumber – 1 pc;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- onion – 100 g;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- ground black pepper – 1 pinch;
- mayonnaise – 150 g;
- green onion – 10 g;
- dill – 5 g;
- parsley – 5 g.
Preparation of the salad:
Cut large pieces of onion, finely chop peeled mushrooms. In a frying pan fry onions in vegetable oil for a minute, and then add mushrooms
. Fry mushrooms on high heat for 5 minutes, salt and stir constantly. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into small cubes.
Put the mayonnaise in the bottom of the salad bowl and put the egg cubes there. Shinkuem finely garlic, cut ham finely, put to the eggs.
Grate cheese on small grating cutters, cut a small cucumber cube, send also to the salad bowl. Salt and pepper the resulting mass, mix.
Put on the bottom of the pastry ring ½ of the salad, tamp it down. Evenly layer the salad with fried mushrooms and onions, smear the layer with mayonnaise.
On the onions and mushrooms put the rest of the salad, also tamp it down

Finely chop green onions, parsley and dill.
Take the salad out of the cooking ring, sprinkle with greens.
You can let the salad stand for half an hour, so it will be more soaked.
