Ingredients for salad “Monk”:

- eggs – 5 pcs;
- pickles – 4 pcs.;
- cheese – 150 g;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of salad “Monk”:
Boil in salted water chicken fillet and divide into small fibers. Boil potatoes and eggs until ready.
Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, press garlic to it through a press. Fill the carrot mass with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
