Pies are a versatile type of baking unlike any other. A pie can be either a hearty dinner or an uncomplicated dessert. It all depends on the filling of the pie. If it is berry or fruit, the pie is a dessert pie. If meat or vegetables are used, then the pie is already considered ordinary, for dinner or lunch.
Therefore, pies are prepared everywhere on the planet. This pastry is recognizable literally everywhere. It is difficult to find a country where pies would not be a national treasure

still prefer meat pastries. But, it is worth knowing how to cook and dessert pies. They can be like cakes and even better.
Ingredients for Day and Night Pie:
- condensed milk – 380 g;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- butter – 100 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- flour – 150 g;
- cocoa – 1 tbsp;
- sour cream – 400 g;
- powdered sugar – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of the pie “Day and Night”:
Break eggs in a bowl, add condensed milk and salt, mix until homogeneous. Pour baking powder into the flour, mix and sift into the mixture with condensed milk. Mix
the ingredients, knead the dough

Divide it into two equal parts, sift cocoa powder into one of the parts and mix.
Cover a baking tray with parchment, lay out the cocoa dough on one part and the second part with the usual dough.
Bake the biscuit for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the filling, mix sour cream with powdered sugar, whisk. Trim the edges of the biscuit with a knife, divide the biscuit into light and dark.
Each biscuit is smeared with cream, combine the crusts cream to each other. Cream the sides and top of the cake.
