Cutlets have become the basis for many dishes of modern culture. For example, you can’t imagine burgers without cutlets nowadays. Ingredients for cutlets:
- Stuffing – 600 g;
- semolina – 4 tbsp;
- Onion – 2 pieces;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Paprika – a pinch;
- Coriander – ⅓ tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Preparation of cutlets:
Mix minced meat with semolina, leave until swelling. Cut onions into small pieces, break eggs there. Pour salt, paprika, coriander, black pepper into the onion, mix the components.
Beat the onion mixture with an immersion blender, turn it into a puree. Mix minced meat with onion puree, mix thoroughly.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden on medium heat.
