Ingredients for pumpkin-cheese curd dessert:
- Curd – 500 g;
- Sugar – 140 g;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Vanilla sugar – 2 tsp;
- Starch – 40 g;
- Pumpkin – 1kg.
Preparation of pumpkin-curd dessert:

Similarly, with an immersion blender, whip the cottage cheese into a mass.
Pastry round mold grease with vegetable oil, put parchment on the bottom and walls. In the center, place a tablespoon of pumpkin and cottage cheese masses one by one.
Bake the dessert in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
