- pumpkin – 400 g;

- butter – 140 g;
- flour – 400 g;

Preparation of pumpkin pie:
Clean the pumpkin from the seeds and outer shell, cut into small cubes. Cook the pumpkin in boiling water for 20 minutes and then transfer it to a separate bowl.
Knead the pumpkin to a puree. Break eggs into the puree, pour 100 grams of granulated sugar. Thoroughly mix the pumpkin mass.
Melt 100 grams of butter, together with flour add to the pumpkin puree, knead a homogeneous dough. Remove the seeds from the apples, cut into large cubes
. Melt the rest of the butter in a frying pan, place the apple pieces on the surface. Sprinkle apples with sugar, fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium, place the dough in an even layer on the apple layer.
Cook the pie for half an hour on low heat under a lid.
