Ingredients for the sponge cake:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
Ingredients for jelly:
- 4 types of jelly;
- water – 300 ml;
- gelatin;
- sugar – 250 g;
- sour cream – 1 l;
- yogurt – 350 ml;
- vanillin – a pinch.
Preparation of jelly cake:
Beat the eggs with sugar until the mass is white, sift flour into it and knead the biscuit dough. Bake the biscuit for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Pour gelatin with water, stir and leave to swell.
For the cream, mix yogurt with sour cream, sugar and vanilla

Beat the ingredients until the sugar dissolves.
Cut the biscuit and jelly into small cubes. Melt gelatin and pour it into the cream, put the jelly and biscuit in the same place.
Pour the mass into a mold covered with cling film. Leave the cake in the refrigerator under the cling film until it hardens.
