Simple salads have always ruled the world. Even at its first appearance, this dish was not characterized by complexity and originality. Roman and Greek salads consisted only of greens and onions. Ingredients for salad “Prostushka”:

Preparation of salad “Prostushka”:

In a mold with a special ring rub ½ of the peeled boiled potatoes, salt. Smear the potato layer with mayonnaise, lay out the mass of herring and vegetables.

Cover the fish layer with the second part of shredded potatoes, smear with mayonnaise
