Fruit and cottage cheese make a dessert pie. From meat and vegetables you can make baked goods for a dense meal.

And for modern pies it is not always necessary to knead the dough and wait for it to rise. It is not uncommon to use pita for cooking.

How to prepare a pie from pita? There is one quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients for pita pie:

  • Thin lavash – 1 piece;
  • Ham – 150 g;
  • Cheese – 100 g;
  • Tomato – 1 pc;

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Milk – 100 ml;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Butter – 1 tbsp.

Preparation of lavash pie:

Stack lavash layers in 4 layers. Cut out from the lavash tortillas equal to the diameter of the pan. You can use a plate of similar diameter for this, so the pita cakes will be even.

Cut ham into small cubes, cut tomato into thin slices
