Ingredients for cottage cheese pie:
- Butter – 200 g;
- Flour – 300 g;
- Baking powder – tsp;
- Sugar – 350 g;
- Egg yolk – 3 pcs;
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- Cottage cheese – 400 g;
- Egg – pcs;
- Egg white – 3 pieces;
- Condensed milk – 100 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
Pour flour and baking powder into the butter and knead crumbly dough. Pour 100 grams of granulated sugar, egg yolks and sour cream into the dough and mix.
Divide the elastic dough into two parts. Put ⅓ part of the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes, the second part in the refrigerator. Do not forget to wrap the dough in cling film.
Prepare the filling from cottage cheese, mix it with egg and 100 grams of sugar, beat with an immersion mixer. Beat
the egg whites with a mixer, gradually pour in 150 grams of sugar.
Put parchment in a baking mold, lay out most of the dough evenly on the bottom.
Smear a layer of dough with cottage cheese cream. On top of the cottage cheese layer, spread the protein layer evenly.
Grate the rest of the pastry onto the top of the pie using a coarse grater.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
As soon as the pie is baked, smear it with condensed milk.
It is recommended to decorate the pie with coconut shavings.
