Ingredients for mannikin:
- semolina – 200 ml;
- kefir – 330 ml;
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 120 g;
- vanilla sugar – 5 g;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- flour – 200 ml;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- apples – 4 pcs;
- sour cream – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of mannika:
In a separate bowl, mix semolina with kefir, leave to swell for half an hour. At this time, break eggs into a bowl, pour 100 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Beat the components in the eggs until the mass lightens. Pour vegetable oil into the egg mixture, continue to beat with a mixer

Cover a 15×25 cm mold with parchment and pour the dough into it. Slice
