Ingredients:

  • Pink salmon – 1 kg;
  • Onion – 2 pcs;
  • Carrots – 1 pc;
  • Milk – 200 ml;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
  • Butter – 1 tbsp;
  • Coriander – 1/2 tsp;
  • Cloves – 3 pcs;
  • Black pepper peas – 15 pcs;
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp;
  • Flour – 3 tbsp;
  • Parsley – a bundle;
  • Sugar – ⅓ tsp;
  • Salt – a pinch.

Preparation of pink salmon in the marinade:

Clean the fish from the insides, fins, bones, cut into small cross-sectional pieces. Pour milk over the fish and leave it to marinate
