Got hooked on meat with this recipe. I cook it in a frying pan: much tastier than in an expensive restaurant

Meat is a dish that has been relevant to humans for millions of years. In ancient times, Australopithecus and Pithecanthropus hunted day and night to get their tribe a coveted piece of meat.

Then people learned to roast meat. They began to add spices and salt to meat. Even later, vegetables and fruits were added to meat, and side dishes were created. Subsequently, we have a huge number of dishes made of meat.

How can you cook fried meat deliciously and unusually?

Ingredients for fried meat:

  • meat – ½ kg;
  • sweet green pepper – 2 pcs;
  • starch – tbsp;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
  • oyster sauce – 1 tsp;
  • allspice – ½ tsp;
  • onion – pcs;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • ginger – 15 g;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • water – 100 ml.

Preparation of fried meat:

Cut the meat into small plates, and then into thin bars.

It is better to freeze a piece of meat beforehand.

In a bowl with the meat, mix ½ tablespoon of starch, 3 spoons of soy sauce, salt, vegetable oil and allspice.
