Fish in batter can be healthy if it is prepared with quality and fresh ingredients. Let’s prepare delicious fish in batter
Ingredients for fish:
- Fish (pollock, cod, salmon) – 600 g;
- Flour – 150 g;
- Mineral carbonated water – 250 ml;
- Leavening agent – 2 tsp;
- Cornstarch – 4 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch.
Ingredients for the potatoes:
- Potatoes;
- Paprika;
- Dried garlic;
- Salt.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Mayonnaise – 100 ml;
- Pickled cucumber – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1/4 pcs;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Dijon mustard in grains;
- Dill;
- Black pepper.
Cooking fish in batter:
For garnish, thoroughly wash potatoes, cut them arbitrarily and boil them until ready. In a separate bowl, mix the boiled potatoes with oil, salt, paprika and dried garlic to taste.
