- Flour – 450 g;
- Salt – tsp;

- Yeast – 7 g;
- Coca-cola – 250 ml;

- Egg yolk – pcs;
- Milk – tsp;
- Sesame seeds.
Preparation of Coca-Cola cake:
Sift flour into a bowl, mix with salt and granulated sugar. Pour yeast into the flour, pour the loose products with carbonated beverage.
Pour vegetable oil into the mixture and knead the dough. Knead
elastic and not sticky dough. Put the dough in a container greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and leave it for 30 minutes.
Next, knead the dough again and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Form the dough into a thick flatbread, cover it with cellophane and leave it for 10 minutes.

Mix the egg yolk with milk, smear the mixture on the surface of the future pie. Cover the top of the cake with sesame
seeds. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes in the oven.
