It may be surprising, but cookies are the same age as ordinary bread. That is, this type of baked goods began to be prepared at the same time as bakery products – about 10,000 years ago. The

Ingredients for kefir cookies:
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- kefir – 100 ml;
- vegetable oil – 60 ml;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- flour – 250 g;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Cooking cookies on kefir:
In a bowl break the egg, pour salt and sugar, beat until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour kefir and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, add vanilla sugar, mix.
Sift flour combined with baking powder into the egg mixture, knead the dough

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough into a thick layer 1-2 cm thick.
Sprinkle the layer evenly with granulated sugar, press the grains of sand with a rolling pin. Divide the dough into small rhombuses and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
It turns out quite fast cookies, which can be prepared in 20 minutes. At the same time it is soft and sweet, perfect for a tea party.
