Ingredients for salad “Swan fluff”:
- boiled chicken fillet – pcs;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- Peking cabbage – ⅓ pcs;
- cheese – 80 g;
- salt – tsp;
- mayonnaise;
- onion – pcs.;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- 9% vinegar – 3 tbsp;
- boiling water.
Preparation of salad “Swan down”:
We slice quarter onion rings, mix in a separate bowl with sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, vinegar. Pour the mixture with boiling water and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
At this time, boiled chicken fillets are divided into fibers. Boiled in advance and peeled potatoes rub on a coarse grater. Place the potatoes on a flat plate. Form a circle, indent a small distance from the edges of the plate.
