For example, if there are a lot of tomatoes left from the harvest, you can prepare yourself a sweet and spicy sauce for the winter. The basis of the basics are tomatoes, and the rest – adjusting the flavor and piquancy.

Ingredients for the sauce:
- tomatoes – 3 pcs;
- onions – 600 g;
- hopeli suneli – tbsp;
- sugar – 300 g;
- black pepper – tsp;
- red pepper – ½ tsp;
- salt – tbsp;
- sunflower oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Preparing the sauce:
Remove the skin from the tomatoes and pass the tomatoes through a juicer. If you do not have such a device at home, you can boil tomatoes and pass them through a sieve or remove the peel, cut and then use a blender.

To the onion porridge we add tomato juice. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
