Ingredients for the salad:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- carbonade – 150 g;
- cheese – 120 g;
- canned corn – 120 g;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- red sweet pepper – pcs;
- green onion;
- ground pepper;
- salt;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of the salad:
Finely straw cut two small fresh cucumbers. Also cut sweet peppers into slices. Combine the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Move on to cutting the carbonade. Cut into small strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine the prepared products with the rest of the ingredients.
Boil three chicken eggs in a bowl and finely chop. A small bunch of green onions with the help of scissors or a knife prepare for the salad.
Open the canned corn and drain the liquid. Add corn to the salad, salt, pepper and dress with mayonnaise to taste.
