Delicious apple pie “3 glasses”. Simple recipe: mix everything together and pop it in the oven

In the past, apple pies were prepared in early fall and late summer. This season is considered apple season, so different preparations were made from this fruit. Now it is not necessary to cook apple dishes in August and September. In stores you can buy this vegetable all year round.

However, many people have kept the tradition of baking apple pies in the fall. This time is the most atmospheric for such a cozy baking.

Apple pie is a classic, which is not abandoned by Europeans and residents of our country. Let’s tell you how to cook apple pie “three glasses”.

Ingredients for apple pie:

  • apples – 7 pcs;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • semolina – 250 g;
  • granulated sugar – 250 g;
  • leavening agent – 1.5 tsp;
  • butter – 150 g;
  • lemon – pcs.

Preparation of apple pie:

In a bowl try to combine semolina, flour and sugar, add leavening agent. With a whisk, mix the loose products until homogeneous.

Grate apples on small grater cutters, do not reach the core with grains. Do not remove the skin from the apples.

Squeeze lemon juice into the apple mixture. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater, add it to the apple mixture, stir.

Using a spatula, divide the apple mixture into 3 equal parts. Add a pinch of salt to the loose products, divide equally into 4 cups.

Cover the baking mold with parchment so that it covers the walls and bottom with one sheet. It is recommended to crumple a sheet of parchment in advance.

Pour a cup of the loose mixture on the bottom, level the surface.

Place ⅓ of the apple filling in an even layer on top of the mixture. Repeat the layers of mixture and filling one by one.

Rub cold butter on the surface of the last loose layer, spread it over the entire top of the pie.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

If your apples are dry, you can mix melted butter with milk, pierce the pie before baking with a skewer and pour the milk mixture inside. This way the apple pie will turn out juicy and delicious, while it remains simple to prepare.
