The history of the origin of cottage cheese is very vague. None of the historians and archaeologists can name the exact date of appearance of this ingredient on people’s tables.
There is an assumption that cottage cheese appeared as a result of souring of milk. Man obviously did not intentionally leave the milk in the heat, which caused fermentation. Since then, people began to experiment with cottage cheese, which gave rise to many recipes.
One of the most relevant recipes today is cottage cheese casserole
.

Gently introduce the proteins with a spatula into the cottage cheese mass, so we will give the casserole airiness and fluffiness.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Pour into the mold curd mass, try to fill the surface as much as possible and distribute an even layer.
Bake the dish for about 40-50 minutes, and then leave to cool in the oven.
