Ingredients for eggplant envelopes:
- eggplants – 2 pcs;
- minced meat – 300 g;
- onion – pcs.;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- milk – 100 ml;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- salt – to taste.
Cooking eggplant envelopes:
Cut eggplants lengthwise into thin plates, the thickness of each 2-3 mm. Salt the plates and leave them for 10 minutes. Then immerse the plates in water, cover with a weight in the form of a flat plate and leave for 10 minutes.
At this time to the minced meat pass the onion through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Lay out the eggplant plates on a paper towel. Also cover the plates with a paper towel, let them dry slightly.
