Ingredients for a quick pizza:
- large pita – pcs;
- tomato – pcs;
- bell pepper – ½ pc;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- milk – 120 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- mozzarella cheese – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 40 ml.
Preparing a quick pizza:
Fold the pita into several pieces and roll into a tube. Cut the pita into small pieces across, making strips.
In a bowl beat eggs with milk and salt. Separately dice the tomato and half of the bell pepper.
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, lay out the sliced pita

Pour egg and milk mixture over the pita, put the sliced pepper and tomato on the surface.
Sprinkle the pizza with cheese, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
