Cabbage – this vegetable is not particularly revered by people who know little about proper nutrition. Probably, for them cabbage has a specific smell and taste. However, it is a very interesting vegetable in terms of useful substances and vitamins.
Cabbage is able to give the body a daily norm of fiber. With the inclusion of different types of cabbage in the diet, you can get rid of excess weight faster. In addition, cabbage with constant consumption reduces cholesterol.
Let’s show how original you can prepare cabbage pies

Ingredients for cabbage pies:
- Cabbage – pcs;
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- Onion – 2 pieces;
- Ground meat – 300 g;
- Salt – tsp;
- Paprika – ½ tsp;
- Ground pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- Coriander – ½ tsp;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Flour – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of cabbage pies:
We wrap the cabbage cauliflower in food wrap and put it in the microwave for 10-15 minutes to heat up. Next, remove the soft leaves from the cabbage.
Dice the onion, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil with a pinch of salt. Bring the onion to a golden color and put it in a separate container.
Mix the onion with minced meat, add paprika, ground pepper and coriander.
Spread the meat stuffing on ½ of the baking sheet, cover with the other half.
Similarly wrap the stuffing in the remaining leaves. In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, spices and salt. Pour the flour into the egg mixture, knead the batter.
Dip each cabbage pattie in the batter, place in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil.
Fry the patties on both sides under a lid until golden.
As a result, we have cabbage patties, inside of which is meat. It is recommended to serve the patties with sour cream.
