Ingredients for pickled tomatoes:
- tomatoes;
- garlic – 1 clove per jar;
- coriander – 1/2 tsp. in a jar;
- mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp. in a jar;
- black pepper peas – 7 pcs. in a jar;
- peppercorns – 2 pcs. in a jar;
- water – 1 liter;
- salt – 1 tbsp;
- sugar – 6 tbsp;
- 9% vinegar – 5 tbsp. tbsp.
Preparation of pickled tomatoes:
Sterilize jars and lids in the oven or boiling water. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, divide each tomato in half. Put the tomato halves in the jar.

In the jar to the tomatoes put chopped garlic, coriander, mustard seeds, ground black pepper, oregano pepper.
Pour
the jar with tomatoes steep boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan, mix with sugar and salt. Bring the water to a boil, pour in the vinegar. Then pour the brine into the jars with tomatoes.
