Now there are many recipes for healthy salads that are not filled with mayonnaise. This sauce is often not suitable at all for all viands.
At the same time, it is not necessary to prepare all salads from a variety of products. For everyday dishes, a few budget components are enough. As, for example, for the salad “Friendship”.
Ingredients for salad “Friendship”:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- carrots – 1 pc;
- processed cheese “Friendship” – 1 piece;
- canned red beans – 150 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of salad “Friendship”:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, and also cook carrots until soft. Send the cheese to the freezer for 20 minutes.
Eggs and carrots are peeled, rub on large grater teeth in a salad bowl. Shred the frozen cheese on a fine grater, send it to the eggs and carrots. Also put in the salad canned beans, separated from the liquid.
