At the same time, there are many original recipes for fritters. It is worth cooking zucchini fritters – this is a dietary recipe.
Ingredients for zucchini fritters:
- zucchini – pcs;
- potatoes – pcs;
- onion – 2 pieces;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- minced chicken – 300 g;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- dried dill – tsp;
- semolina – 3 tbsp. tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini fritters:
Peel zucchini and potatoes, chop them together with onion on large grater sharps. Rub garlic cloves finely to the vegetable mass.
Put minced meat into the vegetable mass, break an egg into it. Salt the mixture, pour dried dill and mix thoroughly.
Pour semolina into the mixture, mix again.
Leave the mixture under a plastic wrap for 30 minutes until the semolina swells. Heat vegetable oil in a
frying
pan and spoon portions of the dough onto the surface.
Fry the fritters
on
medium heat until golden on both sides.
