What dish is a good way to diversify the morning meal? As a rule, a lot of cooking options have cheesecakes. For example, this dish can be prepared with a filling, both sweet and hearty. Also, cheesecakes can be made from different components. The main ingredient will be cottage cheese. However, it will be possible to add various additional products to cottage cheese.

Not everyone gets delicious cheesecakes, as on the beautiful pictures on the Internet. Therefore, it is worth learning the basic rules for cooking the right cheesecakes.

Ingredients for cheesecakes:

  • cottage cheese – 1.300 kg;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • flour – 500 g;

  • raisins – 100 g;
  • milk – 200 ml.

Preparation of cheesecakes:

In a bowl with cottage cheese break eggs, pour pre-washed and dried raisins, mix thoroughly by hand.

Add flour to the cottage cheese gradually, knead the dough for cheesecakes with your hands.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and form the dough into a thick sausage with a diameter of 5-6 cm.

Divide the sausage into pieces of 30 grams each – these are the future cheesecakes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form the pieces into pucks 3 cm thick and 10 cm wide.

Place the cheesecakes in the pan with oil. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden.

Transfer the cheesecakes to the pan, sprinkle with sugar to taste. Coat each layer of cheesecakes with sugar.
