Humans learned to fish at about the same time that they learned to hunt and gather. Soon fishing became an important survival factor for many tribes. Meat was not always plentiful in certain locations. Fish helped to keep the body supplied with nutrients.

Ingredients for fried bream:
- Fish Bream – 2 pcs;
- Lemon – pcs;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch;
- Coriander – ½ tsp;
- Nutmeg – 0,5 tsp;
- Salt – 1,5 tsp;
- Parsley – 30 g;
- Garlic – 4 cloves;
- Wheat flour – 200 g;
- Corn flour – 200 g;
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- Butter – 30 g.
Preparation of fried bream:
Clean the fish from the scales, remove the head, gills and fins. Remove the insides, cut into small pieces of fillets, without bones.
Grate lemon zest, mix with ground black pepper, coriander and nutmeg. You can grind the spices and zest in a special grinder.
Salt the fillet, mix with spices and zest, leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Chop parsley, mince garlic, mix with herbs.
In a separate bowl combine wheat and corn flour. Heat vegetable oil in a
frying
pan, dip the fish in the flour mixture and then in water.
Place the fish in the frying pan, fry on medium heat on both sides until golden.
Remove fish from skillet, melt butter,
add herbs and garlic to skillet, stir. Squeeze ½ of the lemon into the pan. Put the fish on the bottom, fry for a couple of minutes in the sauce.
You get fried fish in an unusual sauce. Creamy flavor perfectly combines with the notes of herbs and garlic in the fish.
