Ingredients for potato casserole:
- Potatoes – 8 pcs;
- Oregano – tsp;
- Vegetable oil – tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Chicken fillet – 500 g;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Onion – pcs;
- Cheese – 150 g;
- Mayonnaise – 10 tbsp.
Preparation of potato casserole:
Cut the peeled potatoes into small thin plates, salt, sprinkle with oregano.
Add vegetable oil to the potatoes, mix thoroughly.
Divide the chicken fillet into 4 thin steaks, beat with a hammer through the foil. Salt the steaks to taste, sprinkle with ground black pepper on both sides.
In vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat fry the steaks until golden.
Next, cut a small diced onion, grate cheese finely. Combine onion and cheese with mayonnaise, mix the sauce thoroughly.
