- Maria cookies – 250 g;
- Butter – 110 g.
Ingredients of cream for fruit cake:
- Milk – 450 ml;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Cornstarch – 60 g;
- Vanilla flavoring – 7 drops;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Nectarine – 300 g.
Preparation of fruit cake:
In a saucepan break eggs, pour granulated sugar and starch, add vanilla flavoring and ⅓ of the milk.Beat

Cover the cake mold with parchment, grease the sides with vegetable oil.
Put ⅔ of the crumb mixture into the mold, tamp the bottom and walls, put it in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, beat butter in a bowl, gradually pour the base for the cream into it.
Cut small pieces of nectarines, put into the cream, mix.
In a slightly hardened crumb mold, pour the cream filling, level the surface.
