Ingredients for zucchini in the oven:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Smoked paprika – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Cheese – 80 g;
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
Cooking zucchini in the oven:
Remove the stalks from the zucchini, peel off the skin. Cut zucchini into 1.5 cm circles, sprinkle with salt, dried garlic and smoked paprika.
Pour vegetable oil to zucchini, mix thoroughly, leave for 5 minutes.
At this time grate cheese, chop dill, combine the components together with mayonnaise.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, lay the zucchini on the surface. Bake zucchini for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Put cheese caps on the zucchini with a teaspoon.
