Ingredients for cherry pie:
- milk – 100 g;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- flour – 220 g;
- cherries – 200 g;
- starch – tbsp;
- butter – 120 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.
Preparation of cherry pie:
In a bowl combine soft butter with sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Gradually beat eggs into the cream mixture, mix with a whisk into a homogeneous mass.
Pour milk into the egg mixture, continue mixing the components. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift into the cream mixture, knead the dough.
Remove the pips from the cherries, mix with starch

Transfer the dough into a baking mold, grease the surface with vegetable oil beforehand.
Bake the pie at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
