Ingredients for berry pie:

  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • sugar – 180 g;
  • vanilla sugar – tsp;
  • kefir 2.5% – 250 ml;
  • leavening agent – 10 g;
  • flour – 260 g;
  • currants – 150 g.

Preparation of berry pie:

Combine in a deep bowl eggs with salt, with a mixer whip for a minute. Pour vanilla and classic sugar into the egg mixture, continue to whisk for a couple of minutes.

Add kefir to the egg mixture, continue to whisk the components until homogeneous. Mix separately flour and baking powder, sift into the egg mixture. Knead a thick dough with a mixer at low speed.

Pour 100 grams of currants into the dough, stir with a spatula.
