Ingredients:

  • pumpkin – 500 g;
  • bananas – 3 pcs;
  • cream – 200 ml;
  • gelatin – 40 g;
  • nuts;
  • seeds;
  • cocoa.

Preparation of banana and pumpkin dessert:

Clean the pumpkin from the peel and insides, cut into small cubes and cook in a saucepan until soft. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
