Meat pie dough ingredients:
- flour – 750 g;
- dry yeast – 11 g;
- kefir – 500 ml;
- eggs – 2 pcs;

- vegetable oil – 5 tbsp;
Ingredients for stuffing:
- meat fillet – 500 g;
- rice – 100 g;
- broth – 150 g;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of meat pies:
Sift the flour, mix it with dry yeast. Add eggs to room temperature kefir, mix with salt and sugar until the grains of sand dissolve

Knead the sticky soft dough by hand.

film and leave it for an hour. Boil rice and meat until ready. Pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder, mix with rice and salt. Pour the broth into the minced meat, mix the filling ingredients.
Knead the dough again with your hands, divide it into 25 identical rolls

Roll each roll into a flatbread, where we put a spoonful of stuffing. Seal the stuffing in the dough, turn the patties upside down.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties on medium heat until golden on both sides.
