Ingredients for fried zucchini:

  • zucchini – 2 pcs;
  • breadcrumbs – 100 g;
  • flour – tbsp;
  • egg – pcs.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • water – liter;
  • vinegar 6% – tsp;
  • salt – tsp;
  • sugar – a pinch.

Preparation of fried zucchini:

Peel zucchini from the skin, cut into rings. To prepare the marinade, mix vinegar, salt and sugar in water. Place zucchini rings in the marinade.

Place on a flat plate on paper towels. Transfer the zucchini rings to the plate and let stand for a couple minutes.

In a separate flat plate, mix together the breadcrumbs and flour. In a second bowl, beat the egg.
