Ingredients for fried zucchini:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- flour – tbsp;
- egg – pcs.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- water – liter;
- vinegar 6% – tsp;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – a pinch.
Preparation of fried zucchini:
Peel zucchini from the skin, cut into rings. To prepare the marinade, mix vinegar, salt and sugar in water. Place zucchini rings in the marinade.
Place on a flat plate on paper towels. Transfer the zucchini rings to the plate and let stand for a couple minutes.
