Ingredients for squid cutlets:
- Squid – 650 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Onion – 250 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- semolina – 25 g;

- Dried garlic – 1 tsp.
Preparation of squid cutlets:
Cut the onion into large pieces. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden color.
