Ingredients for pie with raisins:
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Salt – 1/3 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 120 g;
- Flour – 290 g;
- Leavening agent – 7 g;
- Raisins – 120 g.
Preparation of the pie with raisins:
Beat eggs with a whisk in a separate bowl, gradually pour in granulated sugar. Continue beating the eggs until the formation of white lush foam.
In the white mass pour salt, add kefir and vegetable oil, mix the ingredients. Sift 3 parts of 280 grams of flour into the egg mixture, combined with baking powder. Knead the dough with a whisk on low speed.
