However, for most, meat has become a part of life. It is almost impossible to give up this food drug. Meat is low in carbohydrates. It supplies the body with sodium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Animal fats are important for a person.
It is worth telling more about how delicious chicken meat can be cooked.
Ingredients for chicken cutlets:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Potatoes – 1 kg;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of chicken cutlets:
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin plates. Cover each plate with food film and beat with a hammer on both sides. Salt the steaks, sprinkle with your favorite spices on both sides.
Don’t forget to rub salt and spices into the fibers of the meat.
