Ingredients for sugar pie:
- milk – 200 ml;

Preparation of sugar cake:
Pour warm milk into a bowl, pour yeast and sugar, stir. Leave the yeast milk warm for 15 minutes.
In another bowl break the eggs, salt and pour vanillin. Knead soft butter and add to the eggs, beat the components until homogeneous. Pour the milk yeast into the egg mixture, stir.
Sift the flour into the cream mixture, knead a soft and not sticky dough. Leave the dough in the oven at 40 degrees for 25 minutes under a towel.
To prepare the sprinkles, combine sugar with vanilla and cold soft butter. Knead the ingredients until crumbly.
Place the dough in a baking dish and leave for 15 minutes under cellophane at room temperature.
Using a sushi stick or a cocktail pipe create holes in the dough from the edge to the center.
Sprinkle sugar sprinkles on the top of the future pie.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees in the oven for half an hour. Pour cream over the hot pie, send it back to the oven for an additional 7 minutes.
